All Sales Are Final: All sales concluded at Fliorens are final. We offer a service that involves perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.
Defective Product Exception: The only exception to our no-refund policy is if you receive a defective product. Claims for defective products must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. To initiate a refund process, please send a photo of the arrangement to fliorensfloral@gmail.com.
Perishable Nature of Flowers: It is essential to acknowledge that flowers are perishable and have a limited lifespan. Proper care is required to ensure the longevity of your floral arrangements. The responsibility for following care instructions provided by Fliorens lies with the recipient.
Substitution Policy: We always strive to use the exact flowers shown in the pictures on our website. However, due to the nature of perishable products, if a specific flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute flowers without sacrificing the overall look and/or value of the arrangement.
