When will my flowers be delivered?

Orders placed before 5 PM are available for delivery on the next delivery day. We deliver Sunday through Friday and do not deliver on Saturdays.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

Each arrangement reflects the style, color palette, and value shown. Because flowers are seasonal, specific blooms may be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. You can add your message during checkout, and we will include it with the flowers.

Can I personalize my floral basket?

Yes. Selected floral baskets can include a custom-labeled balloon personalized with a name or short message. Please enter your desired wording in the “Order Special Instructions” box on the cart page.
